Branding for the restored Cathedral Crypt

ABOUT

In 2016, after 3 years of highly skilled renovations, Rochester Cathedral proudly revealed its refurbished mediaeval crypt. For the first time, visitors were able to see a wealth of texts, documents, books, charters, stonework, embroidery, paintings and historical artefacts previously hidden from public view. 

PROJECT

Our brief was to craft a brand identity for the newly restored Crypt that reflected its connection to the Cathedral, while expressing a distinctive personality and sense of place.
